Avril Lavigne Leave Your Vampire Teeth?

Avril Lavigne – Girlfriend

There is a report out that singer Avril Lavigne is unhappy with her “Vampire Teeth.”

Avril Lavigne is set to have significant dental work because she is so self-conscious about her “fangs”.

The ‘Girlfriend’ singer – who is married to Sum 41 guitarist Deryck Whibley – is so worried about her pointy molars she is determined to have them corrected.

A source close to the singer told America’s Star magazine: “Avril hates her fangs. She is planning on having them filed down by a cosmetic dentist. It’s just something she has always been insecure about, especially since everyone is staring at her mouth when she sings.

Check out the photo above and her music video linked above (no, it is not a Rick Roll) and answer Flap truthfully.

Are Avril’s teeth that bad?

The answer is NO.

Please Avril don’t do what Hillary Duff did.

Yeah, I’m with you on that one. Her natural teeth look pretty darn good as is…maybe round off the tips of her canines if she thinks they look too “sharp”? Then again, you cant charge $30,000 for rounding off 2 canines with a green stone in under 5 minutes….oh to be a Hollywood Dentist.

I hope she doesn’t end up looking like some denture patients with their “chiclets”.
Oh, to be beautiful and clueless…

Avril Lavigne is set to have significant dental work because she is so self-conscious about her “fangs”. – This is the definition of Cosmetic Dentistry. Ohh well, keeps cosmetic dentists in business.

I see nothing wrong with sharp canines. I actually think they add some style. She ought to keep them to be a bit different. But, if she really wants to… Now me, I’m a freak. I’ve got canines where my lateral incisors should be. I’m keeping my fangs, though…

Dear beautiful girl, I hope you have not become a victim of the false belief that what popular culture deems attractive is the “be all and end all”. Beauty as they say is in the eye of the beholder, and certainly is subjective. That being said, you naturally should do what you are most comfortable with, however, please give great consideration to the reasons you have for wanting to change your appearance. I’ve always believed that function should come before form in all things – it’s just smart common sense. And, I, for one, think your teeth are PERFECT…..Perfect function and Perfect form. Your teeth go beyond aesthetically pleasing, they’re seductive and hot! I like to think I have decent taste in beauty; I’m not a “goth type” or into the bizarre. I’m just a normal guy (college educated, father of one, retired decorated police officer). I too, had teeth similar to yours. Over many years they have been worn down substantially from normal use. I miss, very much, how functional and pristine they once were; how ironic that what I viewed as a blessing you view as a curse. Brings to mind the old saying, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure”. TREASURE those beautiful pearly whites dear, but in the end do what makes you happy and comfortable – best of luck to you, God Speed. -Tom

Its not that bad. I’m sure a lot of people would want her teeth. Nowadays you can purchase snap-on smiles like denzel washington’s smile. I bet people are gonna want to buy Avril Lavigne’s smile too.

  • I Love MCR

    I LOVE Avril’s teeth!!
I remember playing the “When You’re Gone” video over and over and over again with my friends and wishing I had her teeth.
    They’re amazing.
I know it sounds weird, but I actually love them.
They’re all awesome and sharp and I wish I had them.
PLEASE DON’T GET RID OF THEM AVRIL!!
They add character, and they honestly look amazing.

Avril will definitely regret having an obscene tatoo once she “grows up”. I cannot imagine why someone would want the f word tatooed on their body.

  • Hollywood Dentist

I get patients in ‘the industry” all the time, Hollywood celebs or not, dental surgery is not easy, its not cheap, and its unnecessary for glamor.

Give her some teeth whitening, and tell her to deal with what she has.
Then again, her surgery could help put my kids through college, and then some! lol

I can’t see what Avril is so self-conscious about, her teeth look fine to me! I don’t have to walk in her shoes though, so perhaps if a little cosmetic dentistry will make her feel more comfortable with herself I say why not! On the other hand I think Hillary Duff’s veneers are just fine as well.

Quite to the contrary… her ‘vampire teeth’ are gorgeous.  I’m a nonviolent person, but I’d happily bitchslap the dentist who dares defile this masterpiece.
