Obama’s TINY Budget Cut Spin – Less Than 1/2 of 1 Per Cent

Candidate Obama once ridiculed and belittled John McCain during the campaign for proposing small budget cuts by cutting earmarks. Remember when he said that earmarks “aren’t “going to solve the problem?”

Now, Senator McCain talks a lot about earmarks. That’s one of the centerpieces of his campaign. Earmarks account for one-half of 1 percent of the total federal budget. There’s no doubt that the system needs reform and there are a lot of screwy things that we end up spending money on, and they need to be eliminated. But it’s not going to solve the problem.

Uhhhhh no it won’t. But what about your campaign rhetoric, Mr President?

Oh, it is just a start, you say…….spin, spin, spin
