GOP U.S. Senate nominee Carly Fiorina tells the San Francisco Chronicle editorial board writers and reporters what she thinks of the Tea Party Movement

A number of Tea Party organizations will be coming to the aid of Carly Fiorina in the closing days of the campaign. Whether it be in direct contributions or third party independent expenditures remains to be seen. 

So we’ve all heard about how the Tea Party-faithful are influencing elections in Delaware and Alaska, etc. Also helping out is the Sacramento-based Tea Party Express, which is throwing cash all around the country, but could only pony up a few grand for GOP Senate candidate Chuck DeVore. He lost to the better-funded Carly Fiorina.

The Chronicle has learned about a Bay Area-based independent expenditure campaign called Patriots for Truth PAC aims to keep Tea Party money in California — and use it to take on Democratic Sen.
