I am a Denver resident and you blog is one of the finest. This is a great shot of Obma’s stage. They certainly treated him like royalty.

I thought the columns were perfect. To say that it was over the top is absurd. The Greek columns are representative of the society that created democracy and the columns are seen everywhere in the architecture of the most famous buildings in Washington.
