We have determined that two comments from last Monday’s column-blog entry were left under a false identity. These have been removed.

A word for the wise: We will not post comments in which writers misrepresent themselves. Pseudonyms, while not favorable, are acceptable as long as they are accompanied by a valid e-mail address.
