The Boston Phoenix calls Mitt Romney a Liar and say GOP voters deserve better.

This is the THIRD New Hampshire area newspaper with a negative endorsement. The Concord Monitor did so previously along with the New Hampshire Union Leader.

  • There is nothing new here. It is Romney’s character through-and-through — he is a slick salesman who will say anything, regardless of the truth or the consequences, in his vain quest for self-promotion.
  • Romney has bet his campaign on a belief that he can hoodwink Republican voters in Iowa and New Hampshire into believing his latest set of self-promotional pablum. We urge those voters to strongly reject his sales pitch, and restore some small amount of dignity to the Grand Old Party.

    Well, we’ll find out soon enough. If Romney closes the deal in Iowa, all these anti-endorsements won’t be worth the paper they’re printed on, even if they are basically correct that Romney is a phony.

      This material will be used by McCain and Huckabee in Michigan and South Carolina.

      Even if Romney wins Iowa he must demonstrate strength beyond New Hampshire.

    If Romney runs the table and wins the nomination he will lose to the Democrat overwhelmingly in November and fracture the GOP.

    There are several eye witness accounts of Romney’s father marching with Martin Luther King. I think this site and those who wrote them owe Mitt an apology.

      Mr. Anderson, no disrespect but the mormon church during those years considered the afro-american people as the breed of Satan and descendents of Cain, hence their black skin which was a course according to the mormon herarchy.This march was in 1963 a time when the mormons where 100% white.And wanted nothing to do with black people, Mr. Romney’s father as a member of the Church of Joseph Smith, would have never dare to go agaisnt the cult to Smith.Is there are any proof of this, it should be showed. The cult to Joseph Smith accepted blacks until the year of 1978, during Spencer W. Kimball reign. He changed this church rule due to politic, not, humane reasons.Mr. Romney has lied not one, nor two, but several times.According to Joseph Smith was a good thing to lie when necessary.
