US Supreme Court to Decide Lethal Injection Rules
The old San Quentin, California Death Chamber last used with the Stanley Tookie Williams execution
The United States Supreme court will take up whether execution by lethal injection is unconstitutional – cruel and unusual punishment.
Flap wishes these bleeding heart federal judges, like Jeremy Fogel in California had more concern for the victims of these perp’s heinous crimes.
So, make the rules, inject them with one drug or hang the creeps.
If anyone thinks this will deter the anti-death penalty cabal…….

Schwarzenegger’s Health Care Plan Bad for California
California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger speaks to members of the media at the Los Angeles Auto Show in Los Angeles November 15, 2007. California’s Assembly on December 17, 2007 approved Schwarzenegger’s plan for universal health insurance, as overhauling health care grows as a prominent issue in the 2008 presidential election.
Hell, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been unable to balance ANY of his budgets while in office. Tax and spend are the easy outs for the actor turned politico.
And, now he wants to move California to government run health care?
Maybe the California State Senate will have better sense and recall the last time the state screwed around with a major policy issue – remember electricity deregulation and Enron?

President Mike Huckabee?
Republican presidential hopefuls, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, left, and former Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney, right, spar over tax cuts while they were in office during the Fox News Republican Candidate Forum in Manchester, N.H., Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008.
Bill Kristol of the Weekly Standard and a Fox News pundit must be drinking the Beltway Koolaid. Mike Huckabee has NO chance being elected President under ANY scenario.
Should the GOP nominate Huck or Romney the party membership will slip below 20% nationally and become almost irrelevant. The Reagan and Nixon coalitions will be fractured and a third independent party may rise – after Barack Obama is in his second year of the Presidency.
Why is the old, intemperate and cranky RINO McCain rising in the polls? GOP voters do not trust Huckabee or Romney.
This race will boil down to McCain vs. Giuliani on February 5th.
