Iran President Ahmadinejad to Visit New York for United Nations General Assembly
Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is reportedly planning to visit New York again this Fall for the United Nations General Assembly meeting.
Iran and the Mullahs who pull President Ahmadinejad’s strings just love to screw with the United States -especially at Presidential election time.
Flap wonders if Barack Obama will agree to meet with Ahamdinejad – you know without preconditions?

Iran Nuclear Watch: Iran Will NOT Stop Uranium Enrichment
Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (R) waves to journalists as Iranian chief nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili stands in the background before an official meeting in Tehran July 1, 2008. Iran said on Saturday its nuclear stance had not changed and it was ready to hold talks with world major powers over its disputed nuclear program based on international regulations.
The trial balloon of a few days ago – “freeze-for-freeze†– turns out to be bull – just like all of the others. Iran will not halt uranium enrichment.Iran’s nuclear program remains unchanged, a government spokesman Saturday, indicating that Tehran has no plans to meet a key Western demand that it stop enriching uranium.
Gholam Hossein Elham’s insistence that Iran would not change the central part of its controversial program came a day after Iran sent the European Union its response to an international proposal to curb its program in exchange for economic incentives. The content of the response has not been made public.
“Iran’s stand regarding its peaceful nuclear program has not changed,” Mr. Elham told reporters.
Iran’s ambassador to Belgium presented the response to the package to EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana in Brussels on Friday, and Iran’s top nuclear negotiator, Saeed Jalili, spoke with Mr. Solana by phone, Iranian state media has reported.
European officials said they were studying the Iranian response and were consulting among themselves and with America, Russia, and China on what to do next.
The Iranian Mullahs covet nuclear weapons and will do anything to obtain them, including the big stall game while they enrich sufficient uranium for BREAKOUT CAPABILITY.
Negotiations with Iran have gone nowhere. The United States and Israel need to shit or get off the pot.Previous:

Ahmadinejad – Israel Will Soon Disappear
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad speaks during a press conference in Tehran. Ahmadinejad predicted that Muslims would uproot “satanic powers” and repeated his controversial belief that Israel will soon disappear.
Said while the uranium enrichment centrifuges spin at Natanz:
“I must announce that the Zionist regime (Israel), with a 60-year record of genocide, plunder, invasion and betrayal is about to die and will soon be erased from the geographical scene,” he said.
“Today, the time for the fall of the satanic power of the United States has come and the countdown to the annihilation of the emperor of power and wealth has started.”
How many statements does Ahmadinejad have to make about Israel’s annihilation before the world community understands the intent of Iran’s nuclear program?

Barack Obama Watch: Meeting Ahmadinejad
Barack Obama at the You Tube Democrat debate, July 23, 2007
In the furor yesterday over Barack Obama’s LATEST Pastor problem with Father Michael Pfleger, the changing of Obama’s position on meeting with Iran President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad without preconditions may have been missed.
Last July this is what Barack Obama said:
“Would you be willing to meet separately, without precondition, during the first year of your administration, in Washington or anywhere else, with the leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea in order to bridge the gap that divides our countries?†asked Stephen Sixta, a video producer who submitted the question for the CNN/YouTube Democratic debate.
Mr. Obama, the first candidate to respond, answered, “I would.â€
But, Obama has taken heat for his comment. Hillary Clinton has criticized him, as have Jewish groups, the GOP and Senator John McCain.
And, like the Flag Pin controversy, the Iraq War trip, Obama finesses his way out of bad policy.
In the debate, Obama said “I would.”
Today he says:
“he would reserve the right to choose which leaders he would meet, should he choose to meet with them at all.”
Senator, what has changed?
