Obama Youth - Junior Fraternity Regiment
According to FOX News, the school suspended the teacher in charge of the after school activity for insubordination after he posted the video online.
So, who are these under voting age kids, indoctrinated for “The One?”
They are a group of middle school students at the Kansas City charter school Urban Community Leadership Academy - A public school.
Guess you can do what you want at these thematic charter schools and Flap bets the school director only minds the scrutiny. Wonder what the parents think?
This still reminds Flap of “Hitler Youth.”

Republican vice-presidential candidate, Gov. Sarah Palin, waves to supporters before a campaign speech Monday morning Oct. 6, 2008 in Clearwater, Fla
The gloves ARE Off.
Lee County Sheriff Mike Scott took the stage moments ago as one of the introductory speakers at a rally here for Sarah Palin. After delivering brief remarks in support of Palin, Sheriff Scott flipped the switch and used Barack Obama’s middle name in order to incite the crowd of thousands of people who have already gathered here.
“On Nov. 4, let’s leave Barack Hussein Obama wondering what happened,” the law enforcement officer said.
But, will it make ANY difference with the financial collapse sticking to McCain-Palin?
Time is running out as another national poll has Obama up by 8 points.

Saturday Night Live on Washington approving the financial bailout package
SNL left out the part about Chris Dodd and Barack Obama’s complicity. But, with John McCain finally taking up the issue, there will be more.
Watch all of the skit and you will wonder why McCain has been so late to the dance.

National Republican Congressional Committee Ad: What Just Happened? on the financial meltdown caused by the collapse of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
Flap said yesterday that Team McCain needed to attack the Democrats and Barack Obama on the financial crisis, precipitated by the collapse of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, for their roll in the financial meltdown.
Finally, John McCain will get tough and address the issue.
Our current economic crisis is a good case in point. What was his actual record in the years before the great economic crisis of our lifetimes?
This crisis started in our housing market in the form of subprime loans that were pushed on people who could not afford them. Bad mortgages were being backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and it was only a matter of time before a contagion of unsustainable debt began to spread. This corruption was encouraged by Democrats in Congress, and abetted by Senator Obama.
Senator Obama has accused me of opposing regulation to avert this crisis. I guess he believes if a lie is big enough and repeated often enough it will be believed. But the truth is I was the one who called at the time for tighter restrictions on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that could have helped prevent this crisis from happening in the first place.
Senator Obama was silent on the regulation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and his Democratic allies in Congress opposed every effort to rein them in. As recently as September of last year he said that subprime loans had been, quote, “a good idea.” Well, Senator Obama, that “good idea” has now plunged this country into the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.
To hear him talk now, you’d think he’d always opposed the dangerous practices at these institutions. But there is absolutely nothing in his record to suggest he did. He was surely familiar with the people who were creating this problem. The executives of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have advised him, and he has taken their money for his campaign. He has received more money from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac than any other senator in history, with the exception of the chairman of the committee overseeing them.
Did he ever talk to the executives at Fannie and Freddie about these reckless loans? Did he ever discuss with them the stronger oversight I proposed? If Senator Obama is such a champion of financial regulation, why didn’t he support these regulations that could have prevented this crisis in the first place? He won’t tell you, but you deserve an answer.
Obama’s bump up in the poll is the direct result of the faltering economy. American voters are pissed off at politicians and scared of losing their life savings.
John McCain and Sarah Palin must push the MAIN cause of the financial crisis: Barack Obama and the Congressional Democrats. They must explain John McCain’s role in attempting to avert the meltdown which was thwarted the Democrats.
No more free ride for “The One.”

The Obama campaign’s new defense to the Senator’s questionable ties to domestic terrorist group Weather Underground and member Bill Ayers is that Obama was unaware of Ayer’s violent past, although Ayers was notorious in the Chicago political scene where Obama began his career.
Even Obama flak Ben Smith of Politico is having a hard time swallowing the latest Obama spin on radical bomber William Ayers.
Obama’s not that young. He started at Columbia University, for instance, in 1981, when their names were certainly in the New York tabloids, which haved always loved the story of upper-middle-class radical cop killers. Kathy Boudin’s role in a botched, fatal 1981 Brinks roberry was huge news. Bernardine Dohrn was imprisoned in 1982 for refusing to testify against fellow Weather Underground members. And Ayers’ past was hardly a secret in Chicago, where he was regularly quoted as an ex-radical and ex-fugitive.
Obama’s defense that he barely knew William Ayers and he did not know of his radical past is laughable. There WAS an association for many years.
- From 1999 To 2002, Obama Served With Ayers On The Board Of Directors For Woods Fund Of Chicago. “[Ayers] served with [Obama] from 1999 to 2002 on the board of the Woods Fund, an anti-poverty group.” (Timothy J. Burger, “Obama‘s Chicago Ties Might Fuel ‘Republican Attack Machine‘,” Bloomberg, 2/15/08)
- In 1995, During Obama’s First State Senate Campaign, William Ayers And Wife Bernadine Dohrn Hosted A Meeting Of Chicago Liberals At Their Home For Obama, Which One Attendee Said Was Aimed At “Launching Him.”
- From March Of 1995 Until September Of 1997, Obama And Ayers Attended At Least Seven Meetings Together Relating To The Chicago Annenberg Challenge. (Chicago Annenberg Challenge, Board Of Directors Meeting, Minutes Of The Board, 3/15/95, 3/31/95, 4/13/95, 6/5/95, 9/30/97; National Annenberg Challenge Evaluation Meeting, List Of Participants, 5/24/95; Chicago Annenberg Challenge, Chicago School Reform Collaborative Meeting, Minutes, 10/23/96)
- In 1997, Obama Praised Ayers’ Book On The Juvenile Justice System. “The two men were involved in efforts to reform the city’s education system. They appeared together on academic panels, including one organized by Michelle Obama to discuss the juvenile justice system, an area of mutual concern. Mr. Ayers’s book on the subject won a rave review in The Chicago Tribune by Mr. Obama, who called it ‘a searing and timely account.’” (Jo Becker and Christopher Drew, “Pragmatic Politics, Forged On The South Side,” The New York Times, 5/11/08)
- “[Obama And Ayers] Have Also Appeared Jointly On Two Academic Panels, One In 1997 And Another In 2001.” (Russell Berman, “Obama’s Ties To Left Come Under Scrutiny,” The New York Sun, 2/19/08)
Why is Obama resorting to outright LIES?

The latest televison ad from the California Taxpayer Protection Committee
Why is Democrat Hannah-Beth Jackson lying about her record again?
In a high stakes fight for the 19th District state Senate seat, Republican Tony Strickland squared off with Democrat Hannah-Beth Jackson Friday night in a standing-room-only forum at Ventura College.
While sitting side by side before a crowd of about 200 in the college cafeteria, the two started on a congenial note, then traded barbs, responding to questions about the state budget shortfall, education and the environment.
In light of the 85-day state budget impasse this year, both were asked what they would do to repair the process so the budget is passed on time. Both said bipartisan cooperation was important but blamed the other’s party for the lack of cooperation.
Jackson said negotiation was key. Strickland said he was in favor of redistricting reform and then said his opponent was part of a secret meeting that took place that created division among legislators, leading to a late state budget. Jackson said there was no secret meeting.
NO secret meeting?
Hannah-Beth Jackson is lying - yet again.
After weeks of relentless and personal attacks on Tony Strickland, denying her work to create loop-holes in Proposition 13, and talking about everything but the economy, we’ve decided enough is enough: It’s time to hold Hannah-Beth Jackson accountable.
When the topic of the state budget came up, The Ventura County Star reported in its October 4th edition, “Strickland said he was in favor of redistricting reform and then said his opponent was part of a secret meeting that took place that created division among legislators, leading to a late state budget. Jackson said there was no secret meeting.”
Hannah-Beth Jackson thinks that when she says something, it’s true. This time, her denials are more hollow than usual. Taxin’ Jackson must have forgotten the news coverage of the now infamous “Squawk Box” recording. In this meeting, Democrats inadvertently had microphones transmitting their secret plans to hold up the budget and to blame the Republicans in hope of gaining a political advantage.
While in the California Assembly, Hannah-Beth Jackson met secretly to hold up the California budget for political gain. Now, she denies the meeting.
What is the truth?
From media accounts:

HEADLINE: Democrats Discussed Extending Budget Crisis
“In a meeting they thought was private but was actually broadcast around the Capitol on Monday, 11 Assembly Democrats debated prolonging California’s budget crisis to further their political goals.
Members of the Democratic Study Group, a caucus that defines itself as progressive, were unaware that a microphone in Committee Room 127 was on as they discussed slowing progress in an attempt to increase pressure on Republicans to accept tax increases as part of a deal to resolve the state’s $38 billion budget gap.
The conversation was transmitted to roughly 500 “squawk boxes” around Sacramento that political staff, lobbyists and reporters use to listen in on legislative proceedings”
“…Democrats who attended the caucus session included Patti Berg, Eureka; Judy Chu, Monterey Park; Mervyn Dymally, Compton; Loni Hancock, Berkeley; Hannah-Beth Jackson, Santa Barbara; John Laird, Santa Cruz; John Longville, Rialto; Alan Lowenthal, Long Beach; and Patricia Wiggins, Santa Rosa.”
“…The liberals in the group have been pushing for billions of dollars in tax hikes to preserve education and health programs, and were discussing whether to vote for the budget approved in the Senate or to keep fighting.”

HEADLINE: HBJ Takes Issue with ‘Squawk Box’ Reports
“…Jackson was one of 11 assembly Democrats who were surprised to discover their deliberations Monday were being electronically transmitted via the electronic “squawk box” in their committee room to 500 other “squawk boxes” throughout the state capitol…”
“…Assemblymember Jackie Goldberg, said, “Some of us are thinking that maybe people should see the pain up close and personal right now…”

HEADLINE: Democrats turn to damage control after budget strategy leak
“Democrats were doing damage control yesterday after Republicans released a transcript of liberal Assembly Democrats talking privately about holding up the state budget to gain political advantage…”

HEADLINE: Open Mic Catches California Democrats
“…Unaware that a live microphone was broadcasting their words around the Capitol, Assembly Democrats meeting behind closed doors debated prolonging California’s budget crisis for political gain.”
“…Members of the coalition of liberal Democrats talked about slowing progress on the budget as a means of increasing pressure on Republicans.”

HEADLINE: ANALYSIS: Outgunned GOP makes big rebound
“…A private discussion of 11 Democrats that was inadvertently broadcast last week through the Capitol’s “squawk box” sound system helped Republicans dramatically.”
“…One Democrat, with comments beamed into 500 offices of lawmakers, lobbyists and reporters, suggested deliberately holding up the budget to force Republicans into line. That outraged Republicans — and the public. ”What I’m asked on talk shows and interviews usually comes down now to three things — the budget, the recall and the “squawk box,” Campbell said.”
Press-Telegram
LONG BEACH, CA

HEADLINE: The car tax shuffle; Legislature: Repeal of increase is welcome - and a political ploy
“…Hardly a surprising move, though, from a group whose key members recently plotted ways to extend the costly and destructive budget crisis to benefit Davis and the Democratic party. That conversation happened to be accidentally broadcast on the Capitol’s closed-circuit “squawk box”…”
“No wonder Californians are so fed up.”
Should California taxpayers and voters tolerate a lying politician? A politician who manipulates the California budgetary process for POLITICAL GAIN?
Hannah-Beth, Taxin’ Jackson is WRONG for the California State Senate.
