Barack Obama and William Ayers – “They’re Friends. So What?†The AIP Video
Beyond the speeches, how much do you really know about Barack Obama? Learn about his connection to William Ayers. No wonder Team Obama is going after the American Issues Project. The William Ayers – Obama connection at the Chicago Annenberg Challenge is slowly developing into a story.
Undoubtedly, Obama’s association with a Weather Underground radical who helped bomb the United States Capitol and the Pentagon is one he wants to bury. It is more than what Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley characterized as the So What? Moment.
Stay tuned……

Bill Clinton Undercuts Barack Obama – AGAIN
Chelsea Clinton sits with her father, former US President Bill Clinton, as they listen to US Democratic presidential candidate Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) speak at the National Building Museum in Washington June 7, 2008. Clinton endorsed presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) to be the Democratic U.S. presidential candidate on Saturday and suspended her own White House bid less than a week after the Illinois senator secured enough support to win the nomination.
Bill Clinton, now in Denver, has undercut Barack Obama again. The former president, speaking in Denver, posed a hypothetical question in which he seemed to suggest that that the Democratic Party was making a mistake in choosing Obama as its presidential nominee.
He said: “Suppose you’re a voter, and you’ve got candidate X and candidate Y. Candidate X agrees with you on everything, but you don’t think that candidate can deliver on anything at all. Candidate Y you agree with on about half the issues, but he can deliver. Which candidate are you going to vote for?”
Then, perhaps mindful of how his off-the-cuff remarks might be taken, Clinton added after a pause: “This has nothing to do with what’s going on now.”
Yeah, right!
They do not refer to the former President as Slick Willie for nuthin’.
Hillary addresses the convention tonight and the former President tomorrow.
Interesting theater as the Clinton Cabal quietly undermines the Obama candidacy while he continues to sink in the polls.

John McCain Watch: Channeling Hillary’s 3 AM Ad
Team McCain’s latest ad: 3 AMEveryone knew it was coming – last February and Team McCain launched their own 3 AM ad today, when Hillary Clinton addresses the Democrat National Convention.
If Hillary Clinton had attacked Barack Obama early in the primary season with this ad, she would be the Democrat nominee speaking on Thursday night.
Watch this ad to be “on air” in battleground states over and over again as the election season proceeds.

Hillary Clinton Watch: Snubbed by Obama But Gets The Speech
Hillary Clinton although snubbed by the Democrat Party and Barack Obama will be delivering the major speech tonight at the Democrat Convention in Denver.And. so how has Hillary been snubbed?
Jim Geraghty has a list:The best of the best Hillary snubs (according to Flap):
1. She is NOT Obama’s running mate.
2. Hillary was NOT EVEN Vetted for the Vice Presidency.
3. Hillary nor Bill were asked for their input on VP selection
4. The Michigan and Florida delegations were reinstated – after they could have helped her secure the nomination.
5.The New York Delegation is seated behind North Dakota.
6. Charlie Rangel was given no speaking role at the convention and Bill Richardson (Carville’s Judas) was.
Hillary will deliver a good speech tonight but then the Clinton Cabal will work overtime to hype her and undermine Obama – before the Obama coronation on Thursday night.
In the meantime, Team McCain will woo PUMA Hillary voters with welcome messaging ads. Remember Debra from yesterday.
Now, John McCain, should he choose Alaska Governor Sarah Palin or Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison, would capture sufficient Hillary voters to take the lead in battleground states.
But, wil McCain boldly choose a female GOP pol over Mitt Romney?
Only, if McCain wants to win…….

Sen. Joe Biden, in a South Carolina Democratic debate in 2007: "I don't have Barack Obama money either. My net worth is $70,000 to $150,000."
-
Debra Debra……
-
While the Clintons have a relatively easy job in Denver — to deliver gracious speeches and accept what are likely to be loud cheers from their supporters — it is “Obama who has the heavy lifting†this week, this aide said.
This is because large numbers of Clinton backers — 30 percent in a recent ABC/Washington Post poll — are still not backing Obama over McCain.

Sen. Biden, who proudly cites his working-class roots in Scranton, Pa., is one of the least-wealthy members of the Senate, meaning he has fewer potential conflicts of interest on that front than other candidates might have had. But he has collected $6.5 million in campaign contributions from lobbyists, lawyers and law firms since 1989, according to the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics.

Joe Biden Watch: I Don’t Have Barack Obama’s Money
From the Democrat You Tube Debate last year in South Carolina: Would you agree to be paid the minimum wage?Slow “Average Joe” Plagiarizing Biden puts his foot into it again.“I don’t have Barack Obama money either. My net worth is $70,000 to $150,000.”
A heartbeat away from the Presidency?
Good grief……

John McCain Watch: The Debra Ad – A Hillary Clinton Supporter Scorned
The Debra Ad: “I’m a proud Hillary Clinton Democrat,” says Bartoshevich, a nurse, in the 30-second spot. “She had the experience and judgment to be president. Now, in a first for me, I’m supporting a Republican, John McCain. As Team McCain steps up his campaign to win over disgruntled Hillary Clinton supporters, remember the old adage about a “woman scorned” – like in the video above.
On the eve of the Democratic National Convention, the McCain campaign and the RNC have rolled out three ads aimed at winning Clinton supporters. On Sunday, the McCain camp unveiled “Passed over,†an advertisement that highlighted Obama’s decision to pick Joe Biden instead of Clinton as his running mate. Today, the RNC started airing “Was she right?†an ad that featured Clinton’s many criticisms of Obama during the primaries. The McCain campaign also launched “Debra,†an ad that features Debra Bartoshevich, a former Clinton supporter from Wisconsin who was also present at Monday’s press conference.
A new CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll shows McCain and Obama tied with each garnering support from 47 percent of the public. The poll also showed that nearly a third of Clinton supporters now say they will back McCain.
Now, John McCain must seal the deal with disaffected female voters by naming a prominent woman GOP pol as his running mate: Alaska Governor Sarah Palin or Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.

John McCain Watch: McCain Channels Hillary for Obama Inexperience
In new TV ad, GOP jabs Obama with a comment from Clinton during the primary raceTeam McCain channels Hillary Clinton in a new televison ad about what she has said about Barack Obama’s inexperience.
The Script:ANNCR: Who has the experience to govern our nation?
Hillary Clinton: Senator McCain will bring a lifetime of experience to the campaign, I will bring a lifetime of experience and Senator Obama will bring a speech he gave in 2002.
ANNCR: Barack Obama, he give a great speech, but now Americans must ask ourselves, “Should we elect the most inexperienced presidential candidate of our times or was she right?â€
The Republican National Committee is responsible for the content of this advertising.
The ad is “on air” in Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania through Sunday. All key battleground states where Barack Obama has a “Hillary Clinton” problem. Now, the Clinton Cabal is releasing that some of their members are not sticking around for “The Ones” Thursday night coronation speech.
John McCain and Hillary Clinton = GOP ticket?
Partially…….CORRECT…

Barack Obama Watch: Clinton Tensions in Denver
Michael Ramirez on the Democrat National Convention in Denver
Barack Obama having tensions with the Clintons? No, there should be NO tensions.Right?
Interesting factoid: …large numbers of Clinton backers — 30 percent in a recent ABC/Washington Post poll — are still not backing Obama over McCain.
And……
A Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll found 52% of respondents who voted for Sen. Clinton in the primaries plan to vote for Sen. Obama and 21% plan to vote for Sen. McCain.
“She inspired young women and people all over America and I think she deserves credit for running a very good campaign,” Sen. McCain told a Clinton supporter during a recent town-hall meeting in York, Pa.
Sunday morning, the McCain campaign began airing an ad questioning why Sen. Obama didn’t choose Sen. Clinton as his running mate.
The Clinton Cabal is now slowly at work undermining the Barack Obama convention. Both Clintons will deliver unifying speeches but McCain can help himself and the Clintons by undercutting Obama by “leaking” the name of a woman Vice Presidenital nominee, like Governor Sarah Palin or Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison prior to the Thursday night’s Obama coronation.
Stay tuned…….
